Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, resalable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
